How do I "join" PTH?
Provide us with your contact info under Contact Us. PTH will provide ongoing email updates to advocates that "join", donate or sign the PTH petition opposing the rezoning. There is no cost to join PTH.
How do I make a donation to PTH?
Donations are processed using PayPal on the PTH website.
What are donations to PTH used for?
PTH donations are used to build community awareness of the proposed rezoning for mining and to offset legal and marketing (outreach) expenses. PTH community volunteers are not compensated.
Are donations tax deductible?
Donations are not tax deductible.
PTH is incorporated and registered with the State of Colorado, not with the IRS as a 501c.

Who do I contact to voice my opinion?
Jefferson County Planning & Zoning - A formal rezoning application has not been submitted to Jeffco. Hence, public comments are not being accepted by Jeffco at this time. PTH will notify advocates as soon as we learn that this is an active case within Jeffco.
